At Sheirra Supplies UK, we are committed to dispatching your orders quickly and reliably.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • We process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Express Delivery (UK Only)

  • Flat rate £14.99 for all orders.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day for delivery in 1–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Delays

  • While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, courier delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us via email or phone, and we will liaise with the courier promptly.
