Returns

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Exchanges are not accepted.

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Window

  • You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Return Method & Fees

Refunds

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Report faulty or damaged items within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos.

  • We will arrange a refund and cover the return postage for confirmed faults.

Cancellations
